April 1, 2025 – Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay and Jason Woods of Horvath & Tremblay have successfully completed the sale of McDonald’s in Shelton, Connecticut.  Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $3,249,900.

McDonald’s is located at 6 Todd Road in Shelton, Connecticut. The free-standing single tenant McDonald’s will consist of a 3,690 square foot building with a drive thru. McDonald’s has a new 20-year Absolute NNN Ground Lease with eight (8), five-year renewal options.  The lease calls for attractive rent increases every 5 years throughout the primary lease term and at the start of each renewal option. The Property is currently under construction. McDonald’s is extremely well located adjacent to the signalized intersection of Platt Road and Bridgeport Avenue (CT Route 714), the area’s primary commercial and commuter corridor.
