April 10, 2025 – Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay, Steven Schiavello and Patrick Gray of Horvath & Tremblay have successfully completed the sale of a Huntington Bank in Port Clinton, Ohio.  Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller to complete the transaction at a sale price of $550,020.

Huntington Bank is located at 120 Madison Street and 115 & 123 Monroe Street in Port Clinton, Ohio. The Huntington Bank Property consists of three parcels of land and is improved by two buildings and a surface parking lot. 120 Madison Street is a 6,800 square foot building with two floors. The first floor houses the main bank area, customer service area, vault, and restrooms.
