Best Western operates under a new 20-year lease that commenced at the close of escrow. The Best Western lease is absolute triple net and requires zero management responsibilities. A 24-hour Denny’s restaurant is attached to the hotel providing guests with a convenient dining experience. The Property is strategically located with high visibility and easy access off of Interstate 95 and GA Route 204.
