Verizon Wireless is located at 2409 US Highway 80 West in Dublin, Georgia. The stand-alone building was constructed in 2008 and consists of 4,000 square feet.  Verizon Wireless recently renewed their lease in June 2020 for an additional seven years, reflecting their commitment to the location and the market.  The double net (NN) lease has 7 years remaining with a five-year renewal option. The corporate guaranteed lease calls for 10% rent increase at the start of the renewal option.  The Property has been completely renovated (interior and exterior) to reflect the new Verizon Wireless prototype building and interior layout.  The property is adjacent to a Walmart Supercenter and less than two miles on the same road (Highway 80 West) from the Dublin Mall and Home Depot.
