Built in 2009, the Walgreens’ lease is absolute NNN with no landlord responsibilities and has 15+ years of term remaining followed by one-year renewal options through October 2084. The lease is fully guaranteed by Walgreens Eastern Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc.  The Property is strategically located in a retail trade area adjacent to the Lee Traffic Circle, where the north-south Calef Highway intersects with east-west Route 4.
