The 100,886 square foot shopping center is anchored by Tractor Supply with well-established in-line tenants including Cashland, Los Amigos de Jackson, and Cheap Tobacco. The Property is currently 39.41% leased and offers significant upside potential through the lease up of the existing 61,126 square feet of vacant space. All of the tenants at the Hocking Mall have been in the center for more than 10 years. Cashland and Cheap Tobacco have both occupied this center for 18 years, Los Amigos de Jackson, and Tractor Supply has been at the center for more than 11 years.
