January 29, 2025 – Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay, Matt Nadler and Jason Woods of Horvath & Tremblay have successfully completed the sale of Tractor Supply Company in North Conway, New Hampshire.  Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $8,000,000. The seller was represented by Matt Halprin of New England Retail Properties.

Tractor Supply Company is located at 170 North-South Road in North Conway, New Hampshire. The build to suit, single-tenant, net-leased Tractor Supply Company was constructed in 2024 and contains 19,028 square feet on a 4.20-acre parcel, with an additional exterior garden center of 22,000 square feet. Tractor Supply Company has a new 20-year double-net lease with four (4), 5-year renewal options.  The Lease calls for 5.0% rent increases every 5 years throughout the primary lease term and at the start of each renewal option.
