The two tenant center is leased to Starbucks and Fairway Golf, Drinks & Food and contains 5,251 square feet of gross leasable area on a 1.15-acre parcel. Starbucks has 8+ years remaining on their lease with four (4), 5-year renewal options. Fairway Golf, Drinks & Food has just under 2 years remaining on their lease with two (2) renewal options. Both Tenants have net leases and reimburse the majority of the operating expenses and scheduled rent increases in either the primary lease term or in the renewal options, protecting against rising operating expenses and providing an attractive increase in revenue and hedge against inflation.
