Arby’s is located at 8636 US Highway 51 North in Millington, Tennessee. The Property consists of a 2,252 square foot building on a 0.87-acre parcel of land that was constructed in 2021. Arby’s signed a new 20-year triple net lease with four (4), 5-year renewal options upon the close of escrow.
