December 7, 2022 – Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay and Aaron Huntley of Horvath & Tremblay have successfully completed the sale of a Goodwill Center in Bennington, Vermont. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller to complete this transaction at a sale price of $1,300,000.

Goodwill Center is located at 215 North Street (US Route 7) in Bennington, Vermont. The Goodwill center is improved by a 13,116 square foot retail center situated on a 1.60-acre parcel of land. The Property is 100% leased to Goodwill (two suites), Trustco Bank, and TV Nails & Spa. Both Goodwill and Trustco Bank, the two largest tenants, have been at this location since 2002 (20 years). Goodwill recently expanded their footprint within the center and significantly extended their lease term. The Property also generates income through a lease for a portion of its parking field. The Goodwill Center is located along US Route 7, the primary retail corridor in the beautiful southwestern Vermont town of Bennington.  The retail center is located 0.3-miles from the intersection of North Street (US Route 7) and Main Street (VT Route 9) in the center of Downtown Bennington’s historic district. The Goodwill Center is across the street from Walgreens, and is 1.5-miles from a Walmart Supercenter, Price Chopper anchored center, Aldi, CVS, and numerous national restaurants. Additionally, the retail center offers excellent frontage and visibility along North Street (US Route 7) and benefits from two means of entry and egress.
