June 2, 2025 – Matt Siebert of Horvath & Tremblay has successfully completed the sale of the Shops at Beachwalk in St Johns, Florida.  Horvath & Tremblay represented the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $7,050,000.

The Shops at Beachwalk is located at 855 County Road 210 West in St Johns, Florida. The newly constructed 10,941 square foot multi-tenant retail center is 100% leased by a mix of national and regional tenants with new 10-year NNN leases. All of the tenants reimburse their pro-rata share of real estate taxes, insurance and common area maintenance, protecting against rising expenses and all of the leases call for scheduled rent increases in both the primary lease terms and renewal options. The property is strategically located at the main signalized entrance to Beachwalk, a 1,200 Acre master-planned community featuring over 1,250 homes, 400,000 SF of commercial space, 130 hotel rooms, and a 14 Acre Crystal Lagoon. Possession of the building was turned over to the tenants in April with rent commencing this Spring/Summer.
