Kelleher and Pentore exclusively represented the seller, Chiron-Mass LLC and procured the buyer, Maverick Chelsea LLC to close the apartment buildings at a sale price of $6,956,300.

The value add portfolio consisted of five multi-family properties located at 36-40 Orange Street, 93-95 Orange Street, 125 Arlington Street, 74-78 Washington Avenue, 135-139 Chestnut Street.
