March 25, 2020 – Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have successfully completed the sale of 13 Winter Street in Arlington for $2,500,000.   The 6-unit, multi-family property closed at a 5.55% cap rate.   Kelleher and Pentore represented the seller, Maggie Ash LLC and procured the buyer, Lakeland Capital 13 Winter St LLC.
