December 18, 2020 – Todd Tremblay and RJ Tuller of Horvath & Tremblay have successfully completed the sale of KinderCare in Largo, Florida. Horvath & Tremblay represented the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $1,975,000.

KinderCare is located at 3270 East Bay Drive in Largo (Tampa), Florida.  The stand-alone building consists of 7,680 square feet on a 0.95-acre parcel. KinderCare has operated at this location for since 1977 and they recently extended their lease term early to secure the property through 2028.  KinderCare has an Absolute NNN Lease with a scheduled rent increase in 2026.
