December 22, 2020 – Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay have successfully completed the sale of a multi-tenant retail center in Eustis, Florida. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $2,400,000.
The retail center is located at 2704 E Burleigh Boulevard in Eustis (Orlando), Florida. The property is 100% leased to Dollar Tree, Hibbett Sports, and Firehouse Subs. The property consists of 15,074 square feet on a 1.55-acre parcel. Each of the national tenants have net leases and reimburse for Common area maintenance, insurance, and taxes. Dollar Tree has been in the center since its construction in 2011 and just exercised their first 5-Year Option. Hibbett Sports and Firehouse Subs have both been Tenants since 2012 and are in their first 5-Year option periods. The Dollar Tree Shops are anchored by Kohl’s (not part of the sale), and benefits from excellent visibility with three points of entry and egress along State Route 441 and County Road 19A. Across the street from the subject property is Eustis Village, a Publix and Bealls anchored shopping center.
