Freddy’s Steakburger is located at 7160 Interstate Boulevard in Horn Lake, Mississippi. The stand-alone building was constructed in 2020 for Freddy’s and consists of 3,300 square feet on 1.47 acres of land. This is a sale leaseback of the Property, and Freddy’s signed a new 15-year Triple Net Lease with three, 5-Year Options at the close of escrow. The lease features attractive 8% rent increases every five years throughout both the current term and the option periods.
