December 27, 2021 – Luke Thomson, Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay have successfully completed the sale of Burger King in Meridian, Mississippi.  Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $1,325,000.

Burger King is located at 2413 North Hills Street in Meridian, Mississippi.  The stand-alone building consists of 2,765 square feet on 0.84-acres of land. This is a new construction Burger King completed in 2021 with Burger King’s newest architectural design.  The Property has a 20-year ground lease with four, 5-Year renewal options.   The lease calls for an 8.0% increase every five years throughout the base term and 10% increases at the start of each renewal option.
