Walgreens is located at 201 E Main Street in Williamston, South Carolina. Walgreens (previously Rite Aid) has occupied this Property since it was constructed in 2000 and recently extended the lease demonstrating their commitment to the site and the market.  Walgreens has 11+ years remaining on their Absolute NNN Lease with three (3), 5-year renewal options.   The lease calls for rare rent increases at the beginning of each renewal option. Walgreens benefits from its position as the only national pharmacy in the town of Williamston (there are two other local pharmacies).
