August 9, 2023 – Steven Schiavello and Patrick Gray of Horvath & Tremblay have successfully completed the sale of Dunkin’ in Spring Lake, North Carolina. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the buyer in this transaction at a sale price of $1,450,000.

Dunkin’ is located at 201 Spring Avenue in Spring Lake, North Carolina. Dunkin’ has been at the Property since its construction in 2018.  The newer construction building consists of 1,800 square feet and is situated on a 0.41-acre corner parcel. Dunkin’ signed a new 10-year Absolute NNN Lease with three (3), 5-year renewal options.
