Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $10,250,000.
Liberty Way West is located at 7560 Blake Street in Liberty Township, Ohio. Liberty Way West is comprised of three new construction buildings that consists of a single tenant ground leased Shake Shack, a two-tenant building leased to Torchy’s Tacos and Buff City Soap, and a three-tenant building leased to Robeck’s Juice, Smooth Skin, and Sleep Outfitters.
