January 9, 2024 – Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay, Matt Siebert, Matt Nadler, Steve Schiavello, and Patrick Gray of Horvath & Tremblay have successfully completed the sale of Liberty Way West in Liberty Township, Ohio.  Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $10,250,000.

Liberty Way West is located at 7560 Blake Street in Liberty Township, Ohio. Liberty Way West is comprised of three new construction buildings that consists of a single tenant ground leased Shake Shack, a two-tenant building leased to Torchy’s Tacos and Buff City Soap, and a three-tenant building leased to Robeck’s Juice, Smooth Skin, and Sleep Outfitters.  The three buildings contain a total of 17,587 square feet and are positioned on a 3.03-acre corner parcel of land.
